Hanover Lantern came to us with a significant challenge: while their products were premium and highly customizable, the buying process was confusing, cumbersome, and difficult to navigate. Sales reps struggled to communicate value, the website was unintuitive, and the ordering system still relied on analog brochures and manual part building. The result was a great product line hidden behind a frustrating experience.


The Solution:

The complexity of their catalog was no small hurdle. With hundreds of thousands of possible product configurations, moving from paper to digital required more than a simple website rebuild. It demanded a strategic redesign of ordering logic, data architecture, and user experience. We developed a dynamic online catalog that intelligently generates smart part numbers as users configure products, making it easy for reps and customers to build precise orders and send them seamlessly to the factory team.

This system was designed to scale across all of Hanover Lantern’s product lines, from lanterns and posts to mailboxes, street signs, and beyond, ensuring every offering could be configured, ordered, and produced with the same level of clarity and efficiency.
